Adds booth dialogue and shard awards for bonus shard 1 to Creepers, as well as copies of a downscaled Lulu sprite in a place CC can utilize them.
Also adds CC dialogue for a variety of entities found in ModFest which awards Creeper Crush bonus shard 2.
